Methods to ensure complete eo-opor-ation between Australia and New Zealand in the war effort are to he discussed by the Australian War Cabinet at Melbourne to-morrow. As a preliminary to the meeting the Australian Prime Minister, Air.) R. G. Alenzies, conferred briefly yesterday with the New Zealand Minister, Air. P. Fraser, who left later for Sydney. In addition to political discussions between Cr. Mensues and Air. Fraser, military co-ordination was discussed by the chief of the Australian General Staff and the commander of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force. MajorGeneral 13. C. Freyberg. Solid Support __ It i s understood that the discussions between Aly. Alenzies and Air. Fraser included co-operation in the provision of essential defence supplies, particularly training aircraft from Australia and munitions. Air. Fraser said after the conference that the Labour leaders, both in Britain and France, were solidly supporting the effort ol the Allies to eradicate Nazism forever. ‘‘l found l(K) per cent, agreement with the attitude of British .■ Labour as expressed by the Parliamentary party, in the country audi by the 'I rade Union Congress,” Air. In addition to participating in the Kim pi re air scheme, the Dominion was .sending 650 pilots and 650 air crews and technical personnel to the Royal Air Fureo each year. Air. Fraser declined to comment on the discussions regarding the transTasman air service. Later Air. Alenzies said the matter was one for the full Federal Cabinet, which would discuss the position in January.
