THE LAST WAR COST £80,000,000,000, which is enough to provide:— A £9OO house and 5 acres of land for every family in Canada, the United States, Great Britain, France, Germany, Russia and Australia; and (2) A £2£ million University for every city of 200,000 or more in all those countries; and (3) A £l£ million Library for every city of 200,000 people or more in all those countries; and (4) A life salary of £6OO a year for 50,000 teachers; and (5) A life salary of £6OO a year for 50,000 nurses and still have enough left to buy up all the goods and property in France and Belgium.
