William Bovd, George Hayes and Russell Hayden, cast as the familiar “Hopalong! Cassidy” “Windy Mallidny” and "Lucky Jenkins,” respectively, head the cast of Param.ount’s “The Frontiersmen,” brand-new “Cassidy” thriller, from the pen of Clarence E ; Mulford. AVhen it screens Thursday and Friday at the Regent Theatre, “The ** Frontiersmen” will show; the struggle of “Hopalong” and his fellow-ranchers to: keep the kids of the cattle country on the strait-and-narrow hv preventing a crooked mayor from using the school as a shield for his cattle-rustling activities. Romance enters the situation, and proceeds to cause a, little war of its own when the teacher hired by “Hopny” to clean up the school turns out to he the most beautiful girl over to arrive in the cattle could ry. Lovely Evelyn Venable is cast in this role.
