X ON-EX IST EXT R EIPORT BRITISH BATTLESHIPS . RUGBY, Nov. 23.-.-A curious feature of recent German broadcast propaganda \vn s attributed to tlie New York Times -to the effect that H.M.S. Hood, H..M.S. Ropulso and H.M.S. Renouh were being sent to Canada for repair owing to alleged damage they had suffered in German air attacks on British naval bases.
