METHODIST GARDEN PARTY

A very successful garden party was held in the Methodist Parsonage grounds on Saturday afternoon. Various games and competitions were throughly enjoyed, and the stalls were well patronised. The treasure hunt was won by Khona B ambry, “Knock out his Teeth’,’ by Mr. lan Grant, “Bag Throwing” by Mr. Caves, “Taipo” by Mrs. Newman, “Ladder Game” by Mr. Hansen. “Nail Driving”, by Mrs. Grant. “Target Bowls” by Mr. lan Grant. A splendid! afternoon tea was served on the lawn. Although rain threatened, fine weather prevailed until proceedings closed.
