ALLIED REPRISALS AT SEA FRANCE FOLLOWS BRITAIN’S, LEAD BERLIN OUTCRY OF “OPEN ROBBERY” UNEASINESS OF NEUTRALS SAILINGS CANCELLED BY DUTCH LONDON, Nov. 22. The announcement inado in tlrtt House of Commons yesterday by the Prime Minister, Air.
