OPOTJKJ C'OCX'I'Y AREAS DECISIONS OF BOARD Applications for-the selection of land wore dealt with/'at the monthly meeting of the Gisborne Land Board. -Vu exchange of tenure was granted to .Mr. W. J. Paul in respect to section 4, block XV, Waiawa S.D., 033 acres, the new arrangement to be lease in perpetuity under the terms of the Land Act. 1924, the capital value being assessed at £3OO and the annual rental £l2. the term being 999 years. Xlr. H. Yard ley was granted a renewable lease for 00 years' in lieu of the previous arrangement for section 3, block IV, Frutawa S.J)., 1257 acres, capital value £440, annual rental £l7 12s.
