SYRACUSE, X.Y.. Aug. 7.—Mrs. IV'iU'l Darling, aged 38, fondled her seventeenth and eighteenth chiklrqji to-day and decided she was- “just an old friend of the stork/’ COtherwi.se,” Aii'.s. Darling said from 'her hospital bed as she looked down at her twin son and daughter, “i certainly never won hi; have got here in time.” She arrived at the hospital lo' minutes' before the children were horn.
