The Moscow .correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain reports that the Kusso-Finnish negotiations will probably be suspended during the three days of celebration of the twenty-second! anniversary of the Red Revolution commencing to-dav. The Soviet Prime Minister and foreign Minister, M. Molotov, in a speech at Moscow on the occasion of the celebration .of the anniversary of the revolution, reaffirmed the neutrality of the Soviet. “No effort to draw Russia into war can succeed,” he declared.
