Mr. and Mrs. King supplied I lie dance music anil Miss M. Ward law and Mr. M. Burke obliged with extras. The stage had been decorated with howls ot iceland poppies and blue for-get-me-nots. Mr. J. Perfect made an ellieient M- ('. The Monte Cello daneijs weie won hy Mr; and .Mrs. N. Macdonald and Miss H. Hell and Mr. lan Hull. Vocal items were rendered by Mr. Neals and received well-merited applause. , A competition tor a box et ehocolat s was won by Mr. 'l’. \\ . The birthday cake, which was made ond iced by Mrs. Woollield, took pride ol place at supper. ■Mrs. Macdonald was called upon to bold ami extinguish the candles, while .Mr-. Woollield cut the cake.
