ORDER TO POLES MAKE ROOM FOR NAZIS PERSECUTION OF JEWS AVOIDING OF DEBTS LONDON, Oct. 30. A Copenhagen message states that owing to what is described by the Germans a.s the “impudent, and arrogant”’ attitude of the Poles, new regulations in the German occupied aiesv of Poland obliged the Poles to get off the pavement when soldiers and members of the Nazi Party pass. Jews are net allowed on the pavements at all. They are forbidden to possess more than 20-00 Zlotys. All debts to Jews of over 500 zlotys are cancelled. Jews are not permitted to receive Red Cross assistance-or to own wireless sets. Shops must serve Germans first then Poles, and lastly Jews.
