FAREWELL AFTERNOON (News Correspondent.) A most pleasant afternoon, was spent at the Nukuho'ii North School la.st J*riday, when the parents and pupils gathered to bid, farewell to the schoolniistiess. Miss •Clare. The guest of honour has been teaching at the Nukuliou School for several years, and had* won the •affection of all. During thf fuißition/ Mr. R. Axtens. on bell Mf of the parents and pupils, presented Mliss Clare with a heaiitilul tea-set. and wished her every success and best wishes for her luture. Miss Clare suitably replied, and thanked all for the many kindnesses shown to her during her stay at Nukuhou North. Tiie children-played games etc., and a dainty tea was served by the ladies, and the singing of “Auld Lang Syne”
