OBITUARY
MR. PERCY HENNESSY KILLIPID IN MOTOR ACCIDENT The district will receive with deep regret the news that Air. Percy Hcnnessy, single, aged 34, son of Air. and Airs. T. Hennessy, Opotiki, was killed in a. motor accident at AVhangarei yesterday. Deceased took up a position with the AVhangarei Power Board about two years ago. At the time of the accident yesterday afternoon, deceased was a , passenger in a* powCr board truck which was returning home alter completing a job. The cause of the accident is not known, but it is understood that the truck left the road and fell over a bank. The funeral will leave St. Alary’s Church to-morrow at 9.54 a.in, for the Opotiki cemetery. Prior to the funeral, mass will ho celebrated at’ 9 a.m.
