Pilkington. presided over a fair attendance. The president’s report and the bal-ance-sheet were adopted 'I he election of officers resulted:— President, Mr. Pilkington. Vice-presidents, Messrs. \\. Beattie, Summers, C. Hollard, S. Alaxwell, J. .McGregor, G. Yanstone. Bunkall and W. B owe. Secretary. Air. I). Beattie. Treasurer. Air. I. Grant. Clomniittee. Alossrs. Mason, J. Beattie, W. Pilkington and J. McGregor. Delegates to O'potiki Cricket Association. Messrs. I. Grant and A\ . l > i Ikingten. Air. L. Davies stilted that owing to otlmr business, he would not he able to carry out the duties of secretary and would have to resign. During the evening Air. Davies presented Mrs. Pilkington with a handsome gift for the services she had! rendered to the eluli during the past season. The meeting terminated with a vote of thanks to the ehair,
