Work for the Bed Cross Society is being energetically carried out and tho Comforts Committee advise that tho ladies responsible for the cutting out have now some garments ready for making up. These are in the hands ol Mrs. Carroll, Mrs. BeeVes and Mrs. Burton who will he pleased! to distribute the work as application is made. • lu reporting the result of the recent meeting the name of Mrs. W. Payne, in charge of the wool section with Airs. Duff, was inadvertently omitted. Wool for the making of socks lias also been obtained! and may he had en application. ! - .-i
