BLIND LISTENERS”
DETECTION OF PLANES ROME, July 21:'—The Fascist Chamber yesterday drew up a decree law under which a - —corps of “blind listeners” for anti-aircraft units is to be formed. Experiments have shown that .the blind are able to hear planes through special detectors .more accurately and sooner than persons having sight. The corps will include men between the ages of 18 and 50. They will he trained by the Fascist M-i!k j e.
