'l'he proprietors had "gone above the prices suggested at the previous council mooting. The chairman said that there,should be only a one-way charge. Cr. .Butler seconded Cr. Ala swell's proposal hut the! motion was not put . to> the meeting a 3. the council consider-, od that the matter should be gone in torn ore fully in conjunction with the borough eoimeil. A committee- was set up to co-oper-ate with the borough council with power to act.
