THE A,SUKER'S WARNING i" LONDON, May 19.—St. Thomas’ Hospital, S.E!., one of the oldest ip t-lie country, has a debt of over at the bank, said Sir Arthur Stanley, the treasurer. He added: “Unless the situation improves, 1 must give definite warning that the hospital’s activities must be curtailed. St. Thomas’, opposite the Houses of Parliament, costs £230.009 a year to run. Itt has nearly 700 beds.
