PARACHUTING SOLDIERS
TRAINING IN GERMANY HANOVER, March 17.—Germany has a special school for training riflemen to serve in the" parachute rifle regiments. It is situated at Stendal, midway between Hanover and Berlin. The candidates for this type of service are chosen from volunteers. Adventurous types are not wanted and the army authorities prefer reliable men, preferably of peasauji-.stock. , The volunteers learnmfiiat to pn&rfff their own parachutes.
