TO HE SCANTIER AGAIN LONDON, July -I.—-Textile manufacturers are concerned about the tendency of girls’ swim suits to becon'ie even scantier. It is pointed out that the barer the* back the less the material required to make the suit. A London wholesaler said yesterday; “The brevity of last year’s costumes will take some heating, but it will he beaten this summer, and by quite a margin, too.’’
