SILK STOCKINGS FROM GAS
LONDON. June 10.—Silk stockings arc now being made Ironi gas, according to Or. Harold do Wilt Smith, who is attending the Textile Institute confcienco at Bath. Dr. Smith, who comes Ironi Jonnossec. said that the stockings, made bv a series of processes from natural gas, are more ladder-resisting than silk.
