Each of aforesaid General and Separate Rates are for the year ending .‘3lst. .March, 1940 and are based on the Unimproved Value of all rateable property as described and which appears on the Valuation Rolls now in force for the said respective Hidings within the ..County of Opotiki, and are dne and payable in one sum to the County Treasurer at the County Chambers, on the 2oth. day of August, 1939.
