XG(ES THRUWF' AWAY hYDNEY, May 12.—A 17-year-eld girl yesterday chased a yojutim.i thLp who had grabbed about Coo in notes itom her Jiands. and recovered the money. Miss Hull, an employee of the Airitual Acceptance C ompany. Limitc* was- returning to . the offices of the company, in Challis House from the G. 8.0., after cashing postal notes. She was holding a roll of notes in her handl, when a youth, about 18 years of age, rushed up behind her and alter bumping her so roughly that she was almost knocked down snatched the notes. With the roll clenched tightly in his list the thief ran towaids Pitt cti’vot. but Miss Hull chased him. The youth dodged past many pedestrians as the girl shouted, “Stop him. Thief. Stop him.” She almost reached! him, and as she was about to grab his coat'the \oiith .threw the notes in the gutter and escaped. Miss Hull picked up the money and xnn to the company's office.
