OPOTIKI' HOSPITAL BOARD THE PUBLIC IS ADVISED THAT 11.l 1 . As from July 1, 1939, fees in respect of in-patients’ treatment in Hospital will be paid by the Social Security Fund in accordance with the Social Security Act, 1938. In order- that advantage may be taken of this provision, it is necessary that • ,) All patients being admitted to Hospital . should produce their Social .Security Coif|ribution Book for inspection at the Admitting? Offic# preferably at the time of boosting. Or (b) In thefcas# of persons under 16 years, ft' 'dpi, the Social Security .Cfntrf hution Book of tlie pcrsoil claiming benefits lor the patieilt. This ‘will be the book of thl father, mother or guardian, as the 'case«nay be. (c) Where a patient%is admited as the risult of an %cident or nrn gently—relatives or friends are askec to bring tlie\bcok to. the office at the Hospital, so that it ' may >e inspected and the number noted. 2.
