SUCCESSFUL MEET AT TABLELANDS Followers of the Opotiki Hunt Club enjoyed a most successful meet at Tablelands on Alonclay, June 5. The hounds threw eff at the residence ot Air. 1). ALorrison and, working over the property .of Air. J. Young, a lively hare was - sighted in Alessrs. lteid Bros.’ property. A fast run led back into Air. Young’s property, where the hare was lost in cover. 'lfwo further runs were enjoyed but no kills resulted. Afternoon tea was served at the homestead of Mr. and Airs. E. Reid, where the president .of the club, in a brief speech, thanked the property owners and the, ladies for the welcome afternoon tea. Among the followers present wore noticed: The Huntsman, Mr. T.
