FARAJEIR’S COAIiPLAINT A complaint was made to tlie monthly meeting of the Southern Hawke’s Bay executive of the Farmers’ Union, by Ml’. D. W. Gray that he had jnadkj a- private sale of stock to a man financed h-y a stock firm, who, in paying him, had deducted commission. He thought that they had ho moral right to this even were it permitted by law, which he doubted. The executive decided that inquiries be made to discover whether stock firms had a legal right in this matter, and, if they had!, that it- be combated.
