Oswald Burt, of the Gisborne Hotel, and tendered them their appreciation of a Air. and Airs. Burt’s cordial welcomes. Air. G. S. Moody, Aiayor of Opotiki and leader of the party, presented to the host and hostess a travelling rug as a token of their regard, and in a few wellchosen words thanked Air. and Airs. Burt- for their never-failing kindness to bowlers and other sportsmen from neighbouring districts. He wished them the best of success and good health in their future sphere of life, and assured them that they would be much missed by their friends throughout the district. Air.
