RERUN, Nov.- 19.—The ' Borman army is beginning yet another period of expansion, for the class of conscripts which joined.' the colours this month was 109,000 stronger in the eld Reich alone than that of .last year. The army leaders hope for a peaceful winter in which to heat the new material into shape and to work out the new mobilisation scheme made necessary by recent changes.
