LONDON, Jan. 20. Quarrels between husbands and wives are the cause cl many road accidents, according to the London Motor Cab Drivers’ Union. In their official journal the union say that “disharmony in the home often precedes accidents on the road. “After a domestic scrap a man or woman may jump into a. car and drive off in an irritated or agitated-'state of mind, andi do tilings’ that they would never do if calm.”
