THE attrill cup TAP RANG A’S NARROW WIN The Opotiki representative- cricket team visited Tauranga yesterday to play Tauranga in the Attnll Cup competition. The match resulted in a narrow win for Tauranga by one wicket and three runs. When Taiirauga's last him!) went in to bat, Tauranga required lour runs for a, draw and live rims for a wm. Opotiki wen the toss and elected fo hat first, making It'd runs in the first innings. Wells with o() and Lciidrum with 27 runs were the only hatsmeu to make double figures. In the second innings Opotiki collapsed, making a total of only 27 runs. Tauranga in their first innings made >d runs.
