Aierry presided over a.- good attendance of members. Arrangements were completed for the picnic’ to he hold at tlie home of Airs. Jefram, AA'aimana. The roll call proved very instructive. The competitions were as follows : : —Three best flowers, Airs. Aierry and Alts. HpghesAlrs. Aierry and Alps. Davey wore the winners, of the best .collection el garden pests competition. The charming, shady garden was Aery much admired and the excellent vegetable, gardenreceived its share: of attention. A. bunch of flowers in ' three, shades,- was chosen for the next month's deceratn w competition. A vote of Davey brought a vtry pleasant 1 afternoon to| a close. : , ,g,A"’-
