DISCOVERED' AFTER 21 YEARS LONDON, Nov. 2.—Stamps belonging to Sir Gapel Fitzgerald, who. died 21 years ago*, were discovered recently when the estate of Lady Fitzgerald, his mother, Avas being administered - ,* by the trustee department of West- „• ,j minster Bank, and at Hanner’s they 1 Avcre sold for £I4OO.
