SOUTH AUCKLAND A CUP RETAINED BY OPOTIKI Ail enjoyable day was spent on the Opotiki Citizens’ Croquet Club’s lawns yesterday when members of the \Yhakatano Club came over to play, for the South Auckland A cup. On the day’s aggregate Opotiki,succeeded in retaining the cup. Following are the results of the various games, Whnkatane names being mentioned first:— Mrs. Loane and Mrs. Kelly 6 lost to Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. H. Parkinson 20. Mrs. Lcrnhei and Mrs. Kelly lost t 0 -Mrs. J. Parkinson and Mrs. H. Parkinson 20. Airs. Baxter and Airs. Old 20 heat Airs. J. Parkinson and Mrs. C. Tabb 20. Airs. Baxter and Afrs. Old heat Airs. J. Parkinson and Airs. C. Tabb 20.
