NLCTj CASINO CHARGE NICIO, Sept. 20.—Cashiers at Nice Casino had suspicions when they saw that Victor Mnret, Nice hotelkeeper, cashed in a pile oi chips every evening. Thevi set a watch on him, allege, that the five roulette croupiers passed chips across the table to him whether lie won or not. The croupiers and two inspectors k, employed hv the casino were arrested*! and charged with theft. The police allege that the swindle has gone on for several months, involving a large sum.
