THREE INNINGS OF 86 < GOOD BOWLING PERFORMANCES Two matches were played at the week-end on the Reserve in the Opotiki Cricket Association’s competition. in the Otara-W'oodhuuls game, the latter, hutting first, made 8(5. Otara won on the first innings. In the Town v- Old Collegians game, 'Town batting first made 8(5. d*. Lcndrum MM. Hawkins 10 and S. Sotlieran IL not out. were the main run-getters. Old Collegians in their first innings were all out for 45, W. Medley 1M and Wells 13 being the only ones to make a stand. Town in their second innings declared with eight wickets for 80, Cl. D. Brown 28 declared and R. Lcndrum 15 being the .main scorers. Old Collegians acre all dismissed lor (if) in their second innings, the last wicket falling with the last over of the day.
