LAND-TAX PA A'ABLE BY Order in Council, made and issued - by His Excellency the Gov-ernor-General in Council oil the 19th. day of October, 1938, under the authority of the above Act, it was determined that the duty hv way of land-tax leviable under tfle said Act should he paid in one sum/ou MONDAY! - , the 7th day of November, 1938, at the office oi the Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings!, AYellington, 0.1; and, in accordance with such Order m Council, I hereby giy,e J ‘notice that tbe said duty will be.‘payable accordingly.
