FORTNICHLTY PIC SALE Alessrs Dalgcty and Co. Ltd. report having held their usual lortnigutly pig sale at the Opotiki suleyarus on the 3rd. instant. Prices obtained were: Top weight bacon, £3 16sj lighter, ‘£3 3s to £3 10s; unfinished. £2 18s to £3 2s; porkers, heavy prime £2 Ms; lighter, £2 3s to £2 8s; stores, well grown pigs in good condition, to 38s; others, 3(Js to 365; slips, 275; weaiters, I ts fid to 17s; choppers, £2 13s. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. Ltd. report as follows: We had a large entry of pigs in all classes. Heavy porkers and baconers soldi particularly well. Store pigs and \ weaners were on a par with late rates. Prices realised were:— Heavy prime baconers, £3 12s to £3 10s; medium baconers, £3 4s to £3 Us; heavy porkers, £2 Ids to £2 IDs ; lighter porkers, £2 6s to £2 12s; large store pigs, 28s to 325; smaller sorts, 23s to 265; slips, 18s Cd to £l.
