TN pursuance of the Licensing Act 1908, and the amendments thereto, I, Albert Edward Johnson, Returning Officer for the Bay of Plenty Licensing District, do hereby give notice that on the loth, day of October, 1938, the day appointed for taking the Electoral Poll for the Electoral District of Bay of Plenty, simultaneously therewith a LICENSING POLL will be taken upon the following proposals:— 3 NATIONAL CONTINUANCE. STATE PURCHASE AND CONTROL. NATIONAL PROHIBITION.
