TURKISH MARRIAGE ACE
INSTANBUL, June 30.—Kcinal Ataturk, Turkey’s dictator, has lowered the marriage age for girls from 17 to 15 and for hoys from 19 to 17. He made his decision after asking the opinion of girls at a school lie was inspecting.
