HUGCED A POLICEMAN

Alls JVi/ary Eelecia, 89-year-oid blonde, whs arraigned in Brooklyn to-day on a charge of disorderly conduct - for... .causing! a traffic tie-up by hugging a policeman. Patrolman John F. Rom said lie was directing traffic during the rushhour yesterday when she ran into the street, throw her arms around him and; began to shout, ‘‘l love you, I love you.” Rom said by the time lie escaped traffic was so tied up that other officers had to straighten it out. Airs Felecia pleaded guilty. “When I see a man in uniform,” she said, “I get the yeanling to hug and kiss him.”
She was paroled for investigation and sentence on August 30.
