LONDON, July 12. “Monica Miciioll,” a West End hotel employee, was sentenced to 10 weeks’ hard labcur at Lambeth Police Court for illtreating her seven-year-old son by leaving him for hours- at night tied by the wrists to a bed in a locked-, unlit room in Erlanger road. S.F.
