DEATH FOR BANDITS
BERLIN, June 24—Bandits who set road traps for motorists in Germany are made liable to the death penalty by* a decree published in the Official Gazette. The decree is retroactive. It appears at a time when two brothers, Walter and Max GoCtze, aged 35 and' 47, are facing trial accused of the wholesale robbing of motorists, in addition to .murder and attempted murder, by stretching wires across a road.
