CHARGE OF FRAUD ACCUSED REMANDED ' . ' ' ‘ : ' ..... ■ '' ' * ; ‘ ' 'Nu 1 . : : I ' At the Opotiki Police Ctourt yesterday morning before justices, James Bryce Wilson, aged 31, was charged that on or about 20th. July at Napier, lie did obtain from Charles Henry Butcher a. cheque for £2 as a deposit on a sodium sign, by falsely representing that he was Mr Johns of Johns Advertising. Co. Wellington. The accused was remanded to appear at Napier on August 29th.
