DOMINION CONFERENCE OPEN FJI) YESTER 1) A Y The Minister of Health, the Hon. P. Fraser, opened the Dominion conference of the AA’omen’s Institutes at Wellington yesterday. He was accompanied by Air* Fraser. The delegates were welcomed to the city by the Mhyor, Air T. C. A. Hislop. Air Fraser said that all matters of importance in the lives and homes oi the people were embodied in the aims of the institutes. He congratulated the movement on its rapid growth in New Zealand.
