YARD LISTS PLAYBOYS
NON-PAYMENT 013 BILLS LONDON, June 2.— Scotland Yard detectives, on special have compiled a black- list ofyomig men and •women leading aimless lives in the West 12nd who evade payment of bills. Similar black lists have been circulated' privately by restauranteurs. Certain night clubs and bottle parties no\v keep card indexes of undesirable visitors. Some are sons and daughters of famous men. They obtain credit on their names. The Yard, now making its most thorough clean-up in the West End 'since the Goddard-Meyrick trial, insists that there must be no more reluctance by tradespeople to prosecute in such cases.
