SUIT UNDEFENDED - Y-’ ■■■.- INFIDELITY OF WIFE LONDON, Feb. 16.—The Earl of Warwick was granted a. decree nisi by Mr Justice H'ua&orf "Jin the Divorce Oourt yesterday-. 'His petition tor divorce was undefended. The earl, Charles Guy Fulke ‘Greville, whose address was given as Warwick, Castle, was married in 1933 to Miss ltose Bingham. ' He petitioned on the ground of her adultery with a Mr Roger Bailey—who. was cited as co-respondent—at Los Angeles in 1936. The case for Lord Warwick was that the marriage was happy until a child was born in 1934. From -'that time his wife’s attitude changed and she appeared to avoid him. Three months after the hoy was born, in May, 1934, she left her husband. They met only on official occasions afterwards. The Countess went to there she stayed some time. She is the daughter of the late Lt? 1). O. Bingham and Lady Rosabellc Brand.
