TASMAN FLIGHT
SIIT AGAINST AIILM AN CLOCSTON AND PICKETTS LONDON. April 11. The owner of the Do Havillaud Comet in. which Flying-Officer IA. F. do listen and Victor Picketts established the New Zealand-and-back world records last month, Mr F. E. Tasker, is claiming damages against the flyers. The dispute is over the fact that after landing at. Sydney, Clouston and Ricketts Hew on over the Tasman Sea to New Zealand. Air Tasker alleges that this extra flight was not in the contract signed before the flight started.
Air Tasker, who is a garage proprietor, bought the Comet some time ago. and has since hired it out to record flyers.
