OPOTIKI TO TE KAHA DAILY SERVICE TO OPERATE . » In a letter to Mr A. G .Hultquist, H.P. for the Bay: of Plenty,, the Hon. F. Jones, Postmaster-General, states: In reference to your of the 14th. March last regarding the frequency of the mail service to Te Kalia: I have pleasure in informing you that arrangements have now been made for, mails to be exchanged daily between Opotiki and Te Kahn. A similar service will also he enjoyed by the' residents of Torere, Houpoto and Omaio. The improved mail, service, which will be effective throughout the year, will bo brought into operation almost immediately.
