FATHER IN ILLINOIS NEW YORK, 4pril 2.—A message from Tien to, Illinois, states that William T. Willis, to-day mourned, the death of his 30tli. child who lived only eight hours. Mrs Willis, fourth wife of the retired coal miner, is 4d years old ,ami lias had 11 children.
