It is hoped to resume the full road service between (jiisumud and Napier within a week or two. ~.itn the completion of the temporary traffic bridge over the ii/sK «.x>d the improvement of the road north of tho bridge, the Hawke’s x.;.y Motor Company expects to res .ate its NapierWairoa service in tim near future, possibly by the end ox next week. Passengers, however, will have to change cars at M uikoau Stream, which will be . crossed by loot-bridge. 'J’hc passenger service between Gisborne and Napier is already in operation.
